Pricing FAQ.

  • How much does a fractional product manager cost in the UK?

    Lead retainers start at £3,500 a month for one day a week, scaling to £8,500 a month for three days a week. The market range for senior product talent is £4,000 to £12,000 a month depending on commitment and stage. We sit at the lower end of that for our seniority because we're deliberately small.

  • What's the minimum commitment for Lead?

    Three months. Most engagements run three to six months. Twelve months is the maximum.

  • Can I start with Reset and move to Lead?

    Yes, often the best way in. Reset gives you a written plan in five days. If it lands and you want to keep us, Lead picks up where the plan ends. About half of our retainer engagements start with a Reset.

  • What if scope changes mid-engagement?

    We tell you before you sign what's in and what's out. If something material changes during, we agree a written change order (more or less scope, more or less time, adjusted price). We don't absorb scope creep silently and renegotiate later.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    For Reset and Build (fixed-price), we invoice 50% on signature and 50% on delivery. For Lead, we invoice monthly in advance. Other arrangements are available; ask on the discovery call.

  • What's not included in the price?

    Third-party tooling costs (hosting, SaaS subscriptions, design tools) sit outside our fees. Travel costs over £100 per visit are billed at cost. Anything not in the agreed scope gets a written change order.

  • Do prices include VAT?

    All prices on this page are ex-VAT. We'll register for VAT once we cross the threshold.
